Hello everyone!
Tutorial was fine I think. Ryan assigned us each our partners and choose any of their openers to start a story with. Again, it was a 20 mins long story. My partner was Vivian. Initially, I had trouble choosing the Openers. My first choice was “The doctor heals Alice’s injured arm, but no one heals her broken heart.” I wrote a few sentence from there and I realised I was stuck! So I settled with another of her Openers, “The introvert waves to everyone he sees in school.” However, I only wrote 3 paragraphs. Time constrain and partially I didn’t haven much ideas to it. After this exercise, we were then given new partners to work on a presentation about Aristotle. Presentation is held next week.
Actually I always dread writing stories because I’m lousy at it. But I see that this module is all about writing! Oh well, its STORYTELLING afterall.

Hmmm….looks like this is going to be a challenge for you. Why don’t you write about why you don’t like writing? It might be a good direction to start. Even if you’re listing it in bullet points, it could get your mind moving.
I’m trying to think about other things you can write about: what about giving your opinion of Korean Dramas? Do you like them? What do you think they add to the entertainment landscape?
Another idea is to try other elements like poetry. Maybe you might find that easier in your reflection. The true challenge is going to be not giving up. Already by week two, I can see your reflection becoming a simple summary of class.

I dread poetry, that explains why I don’t like reading and writing. But anyway, I’ll try my best in writing! Thanks.
